The disinfectant dispenser can be combined at the product access area
 with all ITEC access systems which, when 
passed through, clean and disinfect soles.


 
INLET Control, type 23740

The INLET Control works as follows: both hands are held under the disinfectant dispenser at the same time and sprayed all over with an adjustable amount of disinfectant. Complete moistening of the hands is assured through specially positioned pairs of nozzles.

Access to the sensitive production areas is only granted via a motorised turnstile after intensive hand disinfection. The progress of the access process is visualised by means of a traffic light system.

For uncompromising personal hygiene at the point of access to production areas, the Inlet Control can be combined with all ITEC access systems which, when passed through, clean and disinfect soles.

Can be combined with all commonly available electronic recording systems, such as card readers.

Maintenance-free use (approx. eight million passages).

DUOSOAP, type 23741

Automatic application of liquid soap using the DUOSOAP, type 23741, with turnstile release. Can be combined with all commonly available electronic employee attendance systems, such as card readers.

INLET Gate, type 23742

All ITEC liquid soap and disinfectant dispensers can also be supplied with two-arm turnstiles and can easily be installed within escape routes. Using special door terminals, the turnstile can be set to a certain position which allows unrestricted access.

INLET Control Twist, Typ 23743

The INLET Control Twist offers clinically clean hands in short time. The user places his or her hands comfortably in the openings of the rotating upper housing, which can be individually adjusted. Strategically positioned nozzles ensure that the hands are completely wetted with disinfectant.

Efficient hand hygiene at the production entry

Hand cleaning in 2 versions:

  • Type 23761 with water/soap mixture
  • Type 23771 with water/soap separated


Hand drying with high performance hot air blower withintegrated F8 air filter (optional with paper dispensers) and all-round hand disinfection with 4 spray nozzles. Every step is visualized by a LED symbol light.

Potential-free contact to open automatic doors after completed sanitation process. Units can be alternatively equipped with a two-arm turnstilesupporting easier escape in case of emergency.

Option to connect time recording systems, signal horns, etc.

MANO Control, type 23745/23746
 
The MANO Control consists of stainless steel housing with a front that opens up completely for easy maintenance and cleaning.
 
The MANO Control is fitted with a motorised turnstile which ensures long-lasting, maintenance-free use of the system (approx. eight million passages).
 
The MANO Control is also available as a soap dispenser, type 23746.
MANO Complete, Type 23765/23775

Controlled hand hygiene at production access points, particularly in hygienically sensitive areas, is guaranteed by combining hand washing, soap dispensing and disinfection, paperless hand drying and access control in one complete unit.
 
Safe and controlled sequence of steps with a visual display of the entire process using LED lights. Contact-free activation of each step ensures that hygiene is maintained.
By following the washing steps and compelling employees to pass through the system, a log 5 reduction in germs can be achieved.
 
Integration of paperless hand drying in the system. Paperless hand drying is kind to the environment, simplifies the process, lowers costs, and facilitates easier handling, because there is no need to purchase paper towels or restock and dispose of them.
 
Additional recording systems like card readers or personnel counters can be integrated into access control. It is also possible to unlock an external barrier, such as a sliding door, after the cleaning process by means of a relay contact.
 
On the MANO Complete the option exists to select a mix of soap and water for washing hands or have the soap dispensed separately. The system is available in a right- and left-handed design and in wall-mounted or free-standing versions. The MANO Complete can also be supplied with a two- or three-arm turnstile or with no turnstile.
 
For uncompromising and comprehensive personnel hygiene, the MANO Complete can be combined with ITEC machines which, when passed through, clean and disinfect soles.

 

MANO Vision Type 23780

Avoid missing areas during hand disinfection!

The MANO Vision Typ 23780 monitors hand disinfection by means of a camera. On this newly developed disinfectant dispenser, the camera checks whether both hands really have been held in the disinfection area and whether the position of the hands is optimal for disinfection.

To maximise disinfection by spraying over, the disinfectant is only dispensed from the MANO Vision if the fingers are spread within the disinfection area. The user is able to track the correct position of the hands on the display.

The acces to production areas will be only granted if the disinfection process has been successfully completed.

Camera-controlled hand cleaning prevents the disinfection procedure from being manipulated.

The MANO Vision is controlled by means of an integrated  computer. A wide range of parameter data can be analysed, such as  the amount of disinfectant left in the canister, the number of times  it has been used and any potential soiling of the camera.
