Hygenic transporting and storage: Cover stretcher for standard containers

Tray Top Sealer TTS 200

The filled euro norm containers are closed with a foil in the Tray Top Sealer (TTS 200). The product is thereby hygienically and reliably packed. With a capacity of 12-15 containers per minute the containers are sealed in the machine and go automatically along through the TTS. The foil of an endless role is cut in length and is fixed by means of 10 sealing points on the upper edge of the containers. The special seal plate guarantees that the containers can be stacked easily. About an intelligent placement after the iPoint with article attribution can be decided automatically, whether the container should go on sealed or unsealed. Different container heights (E1, E2 or E3) are set manually. The special foil can be removed in a piece. Etiquettes of every kind can be applied onto the foil or the foil can be printed directly e.g. with company logo.

• Hygienic keeping of fresh meat in the cleaned euro norm containers.
• The product does not dry up, and therefore its shelf life becomes longer.
• By closing the container a theft is visible immediately.
• The foil can be provided with a logo as well as with container identifi cation (RFID-tag).
• The machine is applicable for E1-, E2- and E3 norm container.
• The covered with foil containers can be furthermore stacked after the packaging process.
• For the control of the arrangement is used a Siemens-SPS control and an on the side located display.
• The automatic start /stop-cycle leads the containers longitudinally in the machine.
