The disinfectant dispenser can be combined at the product access area
alternatively with all ITEC walk- through machines
for the sole cleaning and disinfection.
Inlet Control type 23740
The INLET CONTROL works as follows: both hands are put into the disinfectant dispenser unit at the same time and they are entirely sprayed with an adjustable portion of disinfectant. The complete moistening of the hands with disinfectant is guaranteed by specially positioned pairs of nozzles.
The access to the highly sensitive production areas is only allowed after disinfecting the hands thoroughly, through a motor-driven turnstile. A traffic lights system shows when access is permitted.
For uncompromising personnel hygiene at production entries the Inlet Control can be combined with all ITEC walkthrough sole cleaning and sole disinfection units.
The system enables the connection of additional external release devices such as card readers.

INLET Gate type 23742
All ITEC dispensers for liquid soap and disinfectant are also available with 2 bars, and can be easily installed within escape routes. By means of special door terminals the turnstile can be driven in a special position, which permits the complete access.
Inlet Complete type 23760/23770
Complete hand hygiene at the production entry by combination of a cleaning basin, fully automatic dispensers for liquid soap and disinfectant as a motor-driven turnstile in one compact unit.
Controlled process flow, that is to say: take out of soap + hand cleaning with water + hand
disinfection = release of turnstile.

Mano Control type 23745/23746
The MANO Control consists of a stainless steel cabinet with openings for easy maintenance.
The MANO Control is equipped with a motor driven turnstile that ensures permanent maintenance-free use (approx. 8 million passages).
The MANO Control is also available in soap dispenser configuration Type 23746.
