This mangle is suitable for all kinds of intestines, including cow, pig, sheep and horse intestines, and is made entirely of type 1.4301 stainless steel. The mangle consists of two rollers for removing the contents of the intestines, a slide and a metal sheet with a perforated surface. This metal sheet has drains to allow the intestine contents to run off. The machine is equipped with a start–stop control system.
This line is suitable for cleaning the small intestines of cows. It is made of type 1.4301 stainless steel and is made up of several containers and various machines. The intestines move automatically through the line, are collected on the front receiving tray and transferred to a moving chain conveyor. They pass through the first machine, which removes the manure and the fat, and then fall onto the next conveyor belt. The intestines are then dragged through hot water before being passed through the second and/or third stripping and degreasing machine. The mucosa is collected in troughs and placed by the side of the machine for easy disposal. After this process, the intestines are collected in a basin, where an employee manually turns them inside out before placing them in the final machine for the mucus removal phase.
