The foil wrapping machines are used for the fully automatic packaging of products with foil. The products are covered up with foil and welded closely.
Foil wrapping machine series type FWAL 100
The product is supplied through an input opening and is automatically driven by the machine and is covered with the foil. The evacuation of the packed product occurs by means of a belt conveyor type RRTL. By means of a welded beam the foil is welded directly behind the product. The foil is separated with a knife at the welded joint, so that a new product can be covered directly.
Foil wrapping machine series type FWAL 200
The product is put on a belt conveyor, directly on the foil, and driven automatically through the machine and covered up with the foil. By means of a welded beam the foil is welded directly behind the product. The foil is separated with a knife at the welded joint, so that a new product can be covered directly. The transport through the machine occurs on two belt conveyors type RRTL. By photosensors the machine recognizes, that the product is behind the welded beam and the foil can be welded. The foil supply occurs over two foil roles welded together.
The foil wrapping machines can be delivered with different extra equipment (e.g., side weld to entire closing of the foil).
